KATHMANDU, Oct 4: The auspicious time for tika of this year´s Bada Dashain festival is 10:43 am on Sunday 17th of October.

According to the Nepal Calendar Determination Committee, 9:41 am is the auspicious time for observing Ghatasthapa on October 8 and 11:30 am on October 14 for Tulasa Bhawani Yatra.

Likewise, Pachali Bhairav Yatra is to be observed on October 12 and Fulpati on October 14, Mahastami and Kaalratri on October 15, Mahanawami on October 16.

The Committee has also fixed October 18 for Annapurna Yatra, October 21 as Akhil Balipurti and October 22 as Kojagrat fasting, according to the Home Ministry.
