Craig Kieswetter is the man of the match who scored 63 runs at strike rate of 128%. Craig was all smiles when he said, "to be fair team played very well throughout the whole tournament, improve all around, i would love to play all forms of the game"

Aiming to break their duck in ICC world championships, the masters of the game England have put in a special effort to restrict favourites Australia to a gettable total, after opting to field first in the final of the T-20 world championship at the Kensington Oval in Barbados.

The Australians totalled 147 for 6 in the allotted 20 overs, setting an asking rate 7.4 runs per over for England. The POMS got off to a perfect start dismissing the dangerous opening duo of Shane Watson and David Warner inside the first two overs. Both of the openers failed in the crunch of the game despite the fact they that had dismantled opposition through out the championships with their aggressive batting at the top of the innings.

The Australians were in deep trouble at 8 for 3, after the departure of Haddin who was dismissed by Side Bottom.

Skipper Michael Clarke finally contributed to the cause of his team with a 27 run knock of 27 balls, to resurrect the situation for his team, however he fell with the total on 45 in the tenth over, and before his departure wicket-keeper Brad Haddin fell for 1.

Cameron White, who played a belligerent knock in the stunning win over Pakistan in the semi-final, struck 30 off only 19 balls, before being taken by Broad, after the lanky bowler had dropped David Hussey a few balls ago.

The younger Hussey, David who scored a fighting half-century making 59 off 54 balls before falling in the final over attempting a quick run, held the innings together.

Mike Hussey the semi-final winning man, scored 17 unbeaten runs, to ensure that the total goes beyond 140.

English bowlers maintained a tight leash on their bitter rivals, with left armed Ryan Sidebottom claiming two wickets, while spinners Yardy and Swann claimed a wicket apiece. England finally brings home the becan and wins the championship, welldone.
