Recently, WAVE magazine published List of Popular Nepali Celebrities on the occasion of Youth Day. Namrata Shrestha and Malvika Subba are among the listed.

Young talented Filmmaker Kesang Chhetan and 15 other Nepalese Youth have been selected who have done a wonder in their respective field.

The actress of God Lives in the Himalaya and Ex- Miss Nepal, Malvika Subba and Namrata Shrestha, the popular model turned actress of the movie Purple Daze, Mero euta saathi cha & Sano Sansar have been selected.

Amrit Gurung, Rabin Tamang, Writer Manjushree Thapa, Bankers Anil Shah, Business - Bhawani Rana, Social Activist - Bhumika Shrestha,Bidhata K.C, Footballer- Jumanu Rai, Kabita Pandey, Journalist- Narayan Wagle, Nepali Cricket team Captain Paras Khadka, Saili Bhasnet and Theatre Artist Sunil Pokharel are listed by the Wave Magazine.
