Manisha Koirala Married Samrat Dahal

41-year-old Indian Actress Manisha Koirala married Nepali Businessman Samrat Dahal in a traditional ceremony held in Kathmandu. on June 19, 2010.

They met through online social network Facebook a year back. Manisha Koirala first engaged with Australian ambassador to Nepal in 2001, but broke up with him soon. Early, She dating American speaker and author Christopher Dorris, but that relationship too ended. 34-year-old Samrat Dahal is Master's Degree graduated in Alternative Energy from United States. He doing his family business, Shoe Manufacturing.

The Bollywood star clarified that it is not an arranged marriage and both the families know each other well. The marriage ceremony is spread over three days, Swyambar was on June 17 (Ashad 3), Mehndi was June 17 (Ashad 4), and the marriage was on June 19 (Ashad 5). Manisha will be flying in some of her close friends including Deepti Naval, Anu, Avinash and Paulomi Sanghvi for the occasion. One of her close friend said, “Manisha was looking for her soul mate and she seems to have found one in Samrat.”

Manisha Koirala and Samrat Dahal Marriage reception take place at Hotel Soaltee Crowne Plaza. Many Indian and Napalese Politicians, Actors attended her reception. Manisha Koirala won three Filmfare Critics Award for Best Performance (1996, 1997, 2003), Star Screen Award Best Actress, and Bengal Film Journalists' Association Awards of Best Actress.
